WMMC Centennial


Footnote: This video won a silver award in the largest healthcare advertising awards competition—the 30th Annual Healthcare Advertising Awards.

We worked with White Memorial Medical Center to develop an 18-month communication plan to celebrate their centennial—honoring the achievements of the past, reinforcing their mission and creating support for the vision for the future. The year­-long event created opportunities to honor employees, inspire donations, reinforce their mission, celebrate community partnerships and infuse meaning into their work.

As part of this, we developed a series of videos and print material that gave a taste of their history. The 2012 Gala video won a silver award from the nation’s largest healthcare marketing competition and a bronze award from the Aster Awards, a medical marketing competition.

WMMC 's investment in their history is an investment in sustaining their culture by reminding people why they’ve chosen to be part of the WMMC story.

Companies that invest in telling their history can have a stronger sense of shared purpose, which results in higher motivation and more engagement among their staff and stakeholders.
