We’re unabashed in our belief in the power of communication to shape a business and deliver revenues to the bottom line. We find it so rewarding to work with clients who experience wild successes introducing a new service line—like this spine program campaign we created with Providence St. Mary Medical Center. Almost immediately consumers started scheduling appointments for consultations.
We developed the distinctive “blue man” illustration as the visual theme for the campaign which not only employed their corporate colors, but instantly suggests back pain. This allowed us to allocate the precious seven words on the outdoor advertising to the catchy phrase which promised relief, used memorable alliterative phrases, and played on the name of the local community.
We have seen major increases in business for our clients when the perfect storm like this occurs:
- A demand for the service exists
- Minimal competition is in the market
- The campaign clearly points out the benefits and distinctiveness
- The right players—including the physicians—are involved in the campaign
- The service is clinically strong and the internal structures are aligned to support growth (Ex: systems work well, phones are answered knowledgeably, physicians and internal staff are knowledgeable and supportive)
