We produced this joint care advertising campaign for Avista Adventist Hospital. It included print ads, transit ads, radio ads, direct mail, collateral and a Web site and produced an 81% increase in orthopedic surgeries for the hospital.
The was a textbook case for successful service line marketing. We were fortunate to be able to work on a project where everything that contributes to a marketing success was in place. There was a market need, the CEO developed strong relationships with physicians, new state-of-the-art operating room suites were built, and the service line was successfully developed to ensure good outcomes and patient satisfaction.
This campaign was featured in the spring 2008 issue of Marketing Healthcare Today. And won several awards.
